Joury is one of the higher-end Janssen mattresses with pocket springs, at 27 cm tall.

Pocket springs give each part of the body the support it needs on its own, and they stop movement travelling between the two sides. That matters most if two of you share the bed and one wakes early.

It is a one-sided mattress and does not flip.

If you want the same category in a mattress you can flip so it lasts longer, look at Pocket Cotton 27.
