Visco Pedic puts memory foam over pocket springs. The difference is that the mattress takes the shape of your body at the shoulder and hip, instead of pushing against them.

It suits you best if you sleep on your side and wake up with a sore shoulder.

The springs underneath are pocketed, so it also isolates motion between the two sides.

It is a one-sided mattress. Memory foam takes a little while to warm up and soften in winter. That is its nature, not a fault.
